About Me
I am a 2025 graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in journalism. I am in search for my next opportunity and excited to bring my skills in reporting, writing, and bilingual storytelling to a newsroom committed to impactful journalism.
I currently work at the Rio Grande Guardian, where I cover business news, manage social media, handle translations and gain experience in AP style editing. During my time at University I worked at The Daily Texan, UT's student newspaper, as a Senior News Reporter and Spanish Translator. As a student reporter I was able to cover breaking news, student life, protests and events local to Austin.
When I'm not on the field reporting, I enjoy reading a dark academia novel and spending a day at the beach!
